Discussion:

Minutes
- Floyd Eisenberg here to discuss projects.
- Describes changes to QDM-based HQMF IG. They want to update the IG to include the new value set in the RIM. Want to do a DSTU update rather than an errata. Austin: when will this (and the other project) go normative? Floyd: This has to be updated every time QDM is updated. Austin: you can take it normative and then start another DSTU. Floyd: We'd like to do the update now and then take them normative in the not-too-distant future. Brett asks about updating the timeline; Floyd agrees to do so as well as checking on the naming convention for numbering - agree that it should be roman numerals.
- MOTION to approve by Austin. Second by Lorraine.
- VOTE: all in favor
- QRDA Category I release 3 update: this addresses approved DSTU comments with the comment type "errata report" and incorporates updates to the QDM from version 4.2. Timeline also needs to be adjusted to be less aggressive.
- MOTION to approve by Austin. Second by Lorraine.
- VOTE: all in favor
- Ed: from EC's perspective, we were not necessarily restricting new DSTU naming structure to FHIR. It would make sense to be consistent across the organization. Austin: First time it came through to TSC was this past Monday. FHIR has already announced it, however. TSC will have to figure out what happens to all of the standards currently named DSTU.
- Adjourned at 1:21 pm
