1. Discussion about adding participations to the section  - Lisa Nelson
   1. Work on care plans - represent multiple groupings of information
   2. Nested sections - by disease management plan or other care plans
   3. Care management plan - by using codes make different kinds of care plans.
   4. Would like to be able to indicate the authors and the care teams (who is in agreement or not in agreement)
   5. Data Providence call - participation of assembler
