Review Rick's list of draft interview questions
- With questions 3,4,5, just ask if ANY artifacts were created, not just SAIF related artifacts.
- Only subsets of all the questions are applicable to some of the projects.
- Add a question about conformance statements and traceability, which would be especially pertinent to the Cross-Paradigm project
Identify which SAIF AP project facilitators should be interviewed at the Jan 2014 WGM
- AMS indicated he could be available for Q4 Wed.
- Alean isn't available, so Rick will be joining a call of theirs prior to WGM, on Jan 15th
- Lab Order would be Lorraine/Patrick
- CDA R3 would be Austin
- After the Jan WGM, we should attempt to interview FMG FGB and MnM, regarding FHIR Governance and how it applies to SAIF
- For the SAIF book, see if Tony Julian is available to be interviewed
- There's no point interviewing INM for Wrappers, as it didn't start.
- Nor is there a need to interview the Risk Assessment Framework Cookbook project leaders (Security) as the other projects didn't progress enough to use the Cookbook and it wasn't developed with SAIF
- SAIF IG didn't get off the ground, so no need to interview the project facilitators
- Once the interviews are complete, the following can be closed:
- 764 SAIF Pilot Coordination
- 763 HL7 SAIF Implementation Guide
- 751 SAIF Architecture Program
- CMET Management will continue, and be led by Andy Stechishin and Dave Hamill
- Next Call: Feb 4, 2014, every other week.
- Agenda: Recap the interviews held at the WGM
Adjourned 12:35 PM Eastern Time
New Action Items
Rick - Update interview questions based on today's discussion
Lorraine - Ask Tony Julian if he can attend Wed Q4 at the WGM for the SAIF Book project
Dave - Add the following as an agenda item on the SAIF AP call after the Jan WGM:
- After the Jan WGM, we should attempt to interview FMG FGB and MnM, regarding FHIR Governance and how it applies to SAIF
- In late February, discuss the Action Item created in GForge from the Cambridge WGM stemming from the Behavioral Framework project: http://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/saif-arch-pgm/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=2771&start=0
Dave - Set up conference calls for after the Jan WGM
