- Agenda - Don is curious about characterizing cross-product-family projects; Lorraine notes conceptual-level products that are not just V3 have this issue. Austin notes these may be part of Product Lines that cross product families.
- Conceptual models as a product family might address the issue of Don's organizing items for balloting.
- BAM-lite feedback and review
- Ron's time has been a problem. Lorraine anticipated review once the sections were all in; there are gaps necessary to fill for the 'going forward' section that may need alternate approach.
- Governance on V2.x (v2.9 substantive changes)
- Resurrected idea of V2.x product family based on recent email exchanges.
- The challenge they have had getting 2.8 out the door indicates governance is needed notes Lorraine.
- Closing v2.9 proposals before 2.8 is out the door was met with resistance.
- De facto governance or management group evolution discussed. May need to discuss at TSC and include V2.x publishing chairs.
- Placement of implementation guides with product line reviewed and discussion of effort underway to define what an implementation guide actually is.
Scheduling next discussion: probably in four weeks, December 11th. This falls after the FHIR reconciliation deadline.
