• Confirmation of completion of ballot content and availability for QA prior to August 5th deadline

Action: Scott will put together a checklist on the wiki page for Ballot prep
Action: Scott will forward what we have to Don so that we can QA in advance of the August 5th deadline

Domain Experts Steering Division Co-Chair Election

• Result of the poll was to vote for Elaine Ayres
• Confirm if vote has been submitted

PBS Metrics

• MTM - being re-balloted rather than published
• Unpublished CMETs -CPM are being re-balloted
  • We need to request publication of the Pharmacy CMETs
• January 2011 Pharmacy CMET ballot - Don sent request to have negatives withdraw - Melva has done this, but these are individuals that have left the VA
  • these were re-balloted in January 2013 and just need to be published
