Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
After the introductions, the WG moved on to the discuss the potential items to discuss for this meeting. The two options were to

1. Continue with the preliminary work done to confirm the items on the Person resource spreadsheet.
   
2. Address Lloyd McKenzie’s concern about whether proper justification has been documented for the retention of the Person resource as distinct from the SubjectOfCare resource. .
   

After discussion the work group decided to move forward with validating the person resource spreadsheet and handle the justification for retaining Person resource “offline”. Helen offered the personnel management domain as a possible option for helping to better define the justification. In any case, this discussion and subsequent justification verbiage can be continued within the listserve. .
The workgroup continued with the review of the Person attributes as gathered within the spreadsheet. The first item discussed was the cardinality of the humanID attribute. This continued to the PersonBirthDate attribute. The workgroup continue to the birthDate attribute before the members needed to adjourn. There is some concern about the slow speed at which the attributes are being reviewed. It is hoped that the workgroup will be able to focus and make further progress in this review.
