Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Agenda review and approval

   No quorum therefore discusion focused on Decission Making Practice and WGM Agenda. All remaining items moved to meeting on 2012-04-24

2. Approve meeting minutes from 2012-02-14 RCRIM Call Minutes

   No Quorum.

3. Approve revision to Decission Making Practices

   Recommended change from Ed Helton is to insert under 5. Quorum and new paragraph a) stating that RCRIM will maintain 3 co-chair positions. Since there was no quorum for this call, Ed Tripp will establish an electronic vote on the document once an updated document is provided.

4. Information mapping and gap/impact analysis for clinical process

   Mead Walker, Ed Tripp and Michael Brennan need to schedule a teleconference.

5. Review Agenda for WGM

   RCRIM_Working_Group_Meeting_Agendas#Vancouver.2C_BC.2C_Canada.2C_Working_Group_Meeting_May_2012

   There has been no communication recieved on aECG r2.Ed Tripp will remove this from the agenda for Q1 Wednesday. Q1 Wednesday will be a continuation of the "Information mapping and gap/impact analysis for clinical process" from Q4 Tuesday.There are still 2 quarters available on Thursday for additional topics. Anyone wishing to add a topic to the agenda should email the RCRIM co-chairs as soon as possible.
