Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Approve agenda
2. Minutes were reviewed. No errors were noted but attendees were encouraged to make corrections to them on the Wiki
3. HDF Discussion
   • Ioana led the group through the HL7 Development Framework section of Domain Analysis Process
     • Business process analysis
     • Process flow using Activity Diagrams
     • Use Case analysis
     • Information model (in UML Class Diagrams)
     • Business Trigger Analysis
     • Glossary of terms
     • Glossary led to discussion of need to agree on semantics; in the case of Detailed Clinical Models this called for identifying value sets during the requirements phase instead of leaving for implementation.
   • Steve suggested we look at ISO 15000
     • ISO 15000-3: ebXML Registry Information Model
     • ISO 15000-4: ebXML Registry Services Specification
   • Smita said that NCI is working on a provider directory
