Minutes
- Reviewed John Quinn's presentation - topic for August meeting - align SOA processes with Jane's publication workflow (assuming that the Blueprint specifications are _Very_ similar)
- rEVIEWED V3 Fact Sheet - MOTION (CM): given that there is a ´V3 Fact Sheet´that is, by definition, scoped to message specification development (i.e. excluding the interoperability paradigms of documents and services), the ArB feels that the Fact Sheet should add two additional components: 1) a statement of the scoping to messages only; and 2) there should be requirements and analysis (e.g. Domain Analysis Model) artifacts that are part of the fact sheet. In addition, there needs to be some mention of the educational requirements necessary to define the content of each of these artifacts and their relationship to the artifacts already shown on the Fact Sheet. The ArB feels that the TSC should forward these concerns to the authors of the Fact Sheet so that it and the associated curriculum can be appropriately modified. CL Second. Motion carries unanimously. Tony Julian
