   1. Motion#1 (Rob/Ioana)- Unanimous - CBCC to approve the CBCC-002 User Functional Role proposal; further we will ask for an electronic vote - if the vote is negative the proposal may be withdrawn.
   2. Motion#2 (Ioana/Tony) - Unanimous - All outstanding proposals will be voted on the list and tabulated by Tony Weida- one urgent e-mail per proposal.
