The Clinical Decision Support Knowledge Artifact Specification is an HL7 Standard that defines a format for sharing and distribution of decision support artifacts. Specifically, the format allows for the definition of Event-Condition-Action rules, Order Sets, and Documentation Templates. The latest version of the specification is DSTU Update 1.3, as linked below.
