Editorial Corrections for IVL.hull

For IVL, there is two hulls, the hull inherited from SET, and a new one that takes a parameter IVL<T>.

The problem is that there is only one property definition. It claims to be for the hull inherited from SET, but is actually for the one defined on IVL

needs to be cleaned up.
