From Rx alignment sheet (posted to list 27th July)
Add functionCode to the Verifier participation
It describes sub-type of verification, many types exist.
"A code that specifies additional detail about the verifier, if that detail is not implied by the typeCode."

The code set is unconstrained in Medication order, allowing any role to verify. Suggest back to Pharmacy to review and consider constraining where necessary.
