- FHIR doesn't need LOINC, but CDA needs a code for the CareTeam section
- LOINC provided the nearly approved LOINC code, 85847-2
- Team Focus and Team Focus Area will be the next steps
- Wrap up Care Team definition and starter value set discussion

- NUCC is used to describe the clinician's credentials (e.g. GYN), but CareTeam.participant.role is the role in context of the patient (e.g. PCP)
- Lisa asked if we can create FHIR value sets to get implementers started -- and then simultaneously ask for official concepts (e.g. from SNOMED); Michelle believes that most codes already exist in SNOMED, such as http://browser.ihtsdotools.org/?perspective=full&conceptId1=223366009 (for health care professions) and http://browser.ihtsdotools.org/?perspective=full&conceptId1=303071001 (for family members)
