- Feedback on Fundamental_Principles_of_FHIR
- Revisions reviewed; healthcare should be represented in two words according to Woody.
- FMG and MnM sessions will discuss with implementers chat on forward/backward compatible statement.
- conformance section added by FMG reviewed. Woody asks if the same statement could be made of V3 or V2? Conformance in resources as compared to profiles is very different. You have the tools to use conformance but you're not required to use the tools. Base specification imposes minimal requirements to support broadest possible application of the standard but provides tools necessary to increasingly constrain and extend specifications to be appropriate for precise implementations.
- Lloyd makes changes to the wiki page for presentation at the WGM and final endorsement before circulation to the community
- FHIR Implementer Consultation -
- FMG has reviewed it and are comfortable with near term
- Concern over anonymous participation in the standard (even if not a member)
- Concern over involvement with someone who is not at arms' length with the specification.
- FMG already endorsed so review with full FGB on Monday? Does FGB need to endorse or merely acknowledge? Are there changes desired? ACTION ITEM: Lloyd will send to FGB members with a poke to review and note it will be discussed on the Monday morning.
