• Review time availability to move to Tuesdays or Thursdays - 2 PM is ITS, HTA; effective after HIMSS make it Tuesdays at 1 PM. (Ed can't be there but will start the following week)
• Cancer Registry Reporting IG (PHER) - Copyright agreement with IHE?
• Status reports:
• Review of any outstanding issues
  • Cancer Registry Reporting IG (PHER) - no copyright agreement with IHE but an SOU so copyright issues from ballot item to ballot item. However, we don't have an SOU with ONC and it is in the works.
    • The guide that prompted this is coming out of the CDC (not ONC). Do we need SOU's with member organizations? It should be covered in the membership agreement - ACTION ITEM: Ken will follow up with Chuck.
    • IGs citing value sets in VADS might prompt an SOU if we don't have a relationship with the organization.
    • Copyright statements have been produced for LOINC and SNOMED though they are also member organizations.
  • PSS on "Analysis for Harmonized EU-US Patient Summary Exchange" - not yet submitted to steering division
