Discussion of CBC Form Content for May Ballot
Don Lloyd provided an overview of the forthcoming ballot cycle. He concluded that there may be up to 40 ballot pools active, combining repeat ballots and new items.
Don also noted that, relative to Normative Edition 2010, there are still a number of ballots that appear to have "passed", by the numbers, but that have not completed the posting of Ballot Reconciliations, and notices to voters.
Publishing Content from MIF2 Files
Woody reported on the progress of producing domain content ballots from MIF2 files (that have been created by transforming the current content to MIF2 "packages"). The intent remains to publish the domains for the May ballot in this fashion, but the project team needs more detailed review of the preview content.

This material is the January 2009 Ballot published using the new transforms. The introductory page lists the objectives of the preview, including known errors. Each committee is asked to review their content by February 12.
