2. Previous minutes Publishing_Call_Minutes_20161121, Tony moved approval, Lynn seconds; Tony abstains, Jane joins, approved 3/0/1
3. Previous minutes Publishing_Call_Minutes_20161024, Lynn moves approval, Tony seconds; approved unanimously
4. Ballot preparation:
   • V3:HQMF source material snafu seems to be under control; updated vocabulary not loading in V3 ballot site
   • V2: LYnn needs to write a chapter 1 for 2.9
   • 4 of 28 ballot packages have been reviewed and confirmed; Lynn continues to send reminders
5. Dec 12 call after ballot open; Lynn and Andy will meet to review issues
6. V2 Mgmt group - PSS moving V2 proposals to GForge still in approvals
7. V2 Pubs issues: none identified
8. V3 Pubs: ballot issues as above; Andy has been working on wiki-based publishing for CDA R2.1.
