Version 2 Tables and Version 3 Concept Domains
The name of every Version 2 table will represent the name of a Version 3 Concept Domain. Version 3 Concept Domains will be created with names as similar as possible to their corresponding Version 2 artifacts.
Version 2 Tables and Version 3 Value Sets
Some of the version 2.x tables have values associated with them. This list of values should be considered a Value Set.
