1. Agenda
   • Called to order 12:05 pm Eastern
2. Approve Minutes of previous meetings October 15 and October 22
   • Motion: Approve October 15 minutes (GWB/RS) 1 abstention (GS)
   • Motion: Approve October 22 (PG/GWB) 1 abstention (GS)
3. Publishing Clinical Genomics DAMs
4. Joyce Hernandez joined to discuss
   • JH had sent Enterprise Architect (EA) output to DL
   • EA should be able to produce RTF and diagrams on Excel
   • HTML format mimics the working in the EA tool provides a complete mechanism for navigating the artefacts
   • There are 7 diagrams in the Excel spreadsheet each gets more expressive
   • RIM based modelling done for Clincal Genomics
   • link up with other groups working in EA BRIDG, and Life Sciences with a Domain Model
   • can create tabs for each model when using Excel
   • discussion of printing to PDF
   • provide a zipped package of the contents in multiple formats (HTML, EA proprietary, PDF supported by Excel)
5. EMS Balloting
   • ballot a DIM
   • wish to ballot as informative (was originally as DSTU)
   • will likely come in as Visio, may come in as EA
   • should get content in PubDB to support, even though not just messages
   • domain UVEM
   • discussion on title and ramifications for future releases
     • GWB recommended leaving the title as is until it goes to Normative
   • note that it should be using DT R2
6. Notes from Don Lloyd
   • request for time from GWB for setting up preview site with new publishing
   • email from Hugh Glover in Drug Knowledge base query topic, has one query topic that has its RMIM in another dmoain
     • GWB needs to add the other domain (ME)
7. Around the table
   • GWB
     • SMD will likely not be ready for January, possibly in summer 2011
     • SMD requires that once a RIM changes (any of the core files), the entire model will need to be reimported and laid out from scratch
   • AS
     • Question on file naming and placement for hData specifications
