SAIF Editing Crew

Back to Architecture Board

The Services Aware Interoperability Framework (SAIF) Editing crew consists of:

  • Jane Curry - Crew Chief responsible for coordinating both dedicated and volunteer resources to produce the HL7 SAEAF Book and NCI objectives
  • Karen Smith - HL7 Primary Technical Editor reporting to the ArB
  • Cliff Thompson - voluteer Technical Editor supporting editing of early drafts and concept maps (for phase 1) limited capacity available for phase 2
  • Eddie VanArsdall - NCI Technical Editor working on training and reference documentation for NCI ECCF implementation
  • Craig Smith - volunteer technical resource supporting Karen Smith

  • Release current DITA files and other WIP as pdf with line numbers.

Jane Curry

  • Contracting for Karen Smith completed mid February
  • March 5 tasks
* Working on dependency of tasks in phase 2 to complete phase 2 project plan
* highest priority is to complete revisions to GF to release draft for external peer review.

Karen Smith

  • Created and posted the SAIF review schedule for phase 2
  • Wrote a document describing the SVN directory structure used to store the SAIF DITA project source and output build files.
  • Incorporated Charlie's comments and renamed SAEAF to SAIF in the graphics, and created a PDF version of the SAIF DITA book with line numbers for the peer review.

Eddie VanArsdall

  • Update documentation plan for ECCF training module to incorporate suggestions from NCI CBIIT Training team
  • Send updated plan to NCI reviewers
  • Import content from pre-existing documents into MadCap Flare publishing project
  • Meet with Raghu to discuss tasking and direction
  • Attend caEHR working group meeting in Phoenix on Friday, January 22 (traveling on January 21)
