Short Description
Oracle Healthcare Transaction Base is a RIMBAA application with a RIM based persistence layer, a RIM based object layer, and RIM and Messaging based transport layers.
It is a commercial product that provides a platform for building healthcare applications.

- It implements some webservices e.g. for terminology, but not the CTS because it was not functionally rich enough at the time.
- It features a full Java API
