Standard/IG: Implementation Guide | Artifact ID, Name: Message Structure: Brackets for RE elements |
Issue
- P 45ff For the M10 and MO8 messages the OM4 has square brackets and since element is RE need to remove them.
- For the M04 message NTE segment has square brackets and is listed as RE. Is this supposed to be O or RE if RE then NTE segment is not defined in IG.

Recommendation
- Remove square bracket from OM4 segment for the M10 and MO8 messages.
- Change NTE Usage to "O" in the MO4 message structure.
Rationale
Conform to message representation rules in base standard and use consistently
