Issue

Publishing issue:

  1. PDF bookmarks display entire TOC and Table of Tables makes difficult to navigate using this feature.
  2. Also figures getting listed separately in bookmark tree.

Recommendation

Possible correct the underlying word document to render bookmarks correctly as a PDF.

Rationale

Make navigation of documents easier using the PDF bookmark feature.
