Standard/IG: Implementation Guide Artifact ID, Name: Placer Group Number

Issue

The Susceptibility examples on page 117-120, and for the other profile as well, show the placer order number on the children blank, and the placer group number valued, where the value is the same as their parent's placer group number. Given that the susceptibility segments are typically filler driven (hence the blank placer order number) it seems that it is not necessary to value the placer group number, as well as that the placer group number could also be obtained through the parent/child relationship.

Recommendation

Remove the placer group number from the ORC segments for the children and change the usage on ORC-4 from RE to C(RE/X) with the condition: If ORC-2 is valued. Add to the usage notes a statement like:

When ORC-2 is blank, e.g., for susceptibilities on a micro results report, ORC-4 shall be left blank as well as the placer group number only has meaning and value when assigned by the placer where a placer order number is present.
