Issue
Add clarifying text for CWE-CRO to give further guidance regarding what should and could populate CWE_CRO.9(original text)
There was some confusion regarding this during implementation and it came up during ballot reconciliation of the PH component.
Recommendation
add clarifying text for CWE-CRO "CWE_CRO.9 is expected to be the print text to comply with CLIA regulation of matching result statements between reports of record at both sender and receiver systems and can be the same as text in CWE.2."

clarification of what can populate this element.

Revisit the usage of CWE_CRO.9 as 'R' in future.
