The Value set for OBR-13 (Relevant Clinical Information) is missing is should be table HL70916. This field is pre-adopted from v271 and as such the value set for is pre-adopted as well.

Recommendation

Add table HL70916 as the value set attribute to OBR-13 and add to table to the vocabulary section in "TABLE 4-2. VALUE SET/CODE SYSTEM SUMMARY"
