Issue
This table is difficult to use and could be improved. This CR may be superseded by current S& I Value Set discussions.
Recommendation
- Remove the Unique identifier column since the information it provides is not very useful. This would align with the LOI table design.
This recommendation may be superseded by the ongoing value set project which may provide unique value set OIDs. - Change the "Name" column to a back reference to the field(s) or component(s) which would help the reader much more than the value
set name.

Rationale
Make the table more user friendly. Eliminate useless information.
