Recommended Action Items

20180129 - Discussed changing the name of OBX-9 from "Date/Time of Transaction" to "Date/Time of Order Event" as well as the addition of a new ORC field to capture ORC-nn "New Order Date/Time". Lots of discussion about defining "New Order Date/Time" in various use cases such as paper requisitions and if the "Date/Time" reflects when the paper was written vs when the order was loaded into the system. Decided to table until later in the week and give people time to consider this issue.

Resolution

20180301: Motion to approve with the caveat that we confirm the numbering of the field Riki Merrick, Lorraine Constable further discussion: should name be Order Date/Time, or Order placement Date/Time - that would mean it is populated for future orders – yes; friendly amendment is accepted to use Order Creation Date/Time as the name of the field against: 1, abstain: 3, in favor: 10
