Issue
In 2013 in the US the changes were made to provide the patient with direct access to their reports. Need to have a mechanism to capture the patient, the patient's advocate, the patient's guardain, and/or the patient's parents request for the report and collect the destination of the report. ONC needs this for this rule making cycle, therefore it would be highly desirable to have it in proposed version 2.8.2 and updated in the LRI IG and LOI IGs.
