Introduction
This is a project of the ITS SIG
At the September 2009 WGM in Atlanta, the "New ITS" project became a SAEAF Alpha project, whereby we would begin to use the SAEAF governance framework as a basis of governance for gathering requirements, specifying, and tracking a "New ITS".
