Discussion

The "common" observation topic developed by patient care implies those healthcare observation frequently performed on patients and known to the general public. The "common" in common order is about using this structure to be able to order multiple services. In deference of the patient care usage, I submit we change the name of this RMIM to combination order and the observation order RMIM to common observation order RMIM to coincide with the PC topic (which may become orders & observations topic, as well).
