This page documents an Open MnM Hot Topic, i.e. a methodology issue requiring a resolution from Modeling and Methodology.
The INM & ITS Sig decided that ID/IDREF can't be used within the ITS (because of technical implementation reasons as will be stated in the motion).
This leads to a wider question: will the semantic concept of objects by reference exists within the RIM or the modeling and methodology
