Motion: Austin/Katherine
SAIF Governance & Methodology
Richard asked questions about how well the SAIF precepts of separating Methodology, Governance and Management were working from MnM's perspective. In general, pretty well. Structure's and responsibilities are aligned more or less as SAIF had intended.
Modeling "no information" sections
Austin presented the proposed modeling approach (distributed to list by email) to representing "no information" sections. MnM concurs this is reasonable, though conveying additional nested structures beneath the proposed structure for reason of template adherence muddies the semantics. Templates should be adjusted to make required entries be contingent on the section not being null as soon as possible.
