TF4FA - Ballot reconciliation

  • subgroup adjudicated comments 1-11
  • vote to approve block of comments 1-11
    • no questions comments, requests for more time? none
    • Motion to approve dispositions for comments 1-11 (Suzanne / Kathleen ]
      • rational for #11 - this is a normative ballot... depending on the section of the ballot are either normative or information as indicated (not everything in the ballot [wording needs to be corrected

Please review 12-24 comment dispositions for review / vote following week

  • plan is to have subgroup meet at 11AM ET for comment disposition adjudication

Is Privacy Obsolete - update

  • given at CBCP call
    • we don’t know what we don't know
  • we have the federal government collecting information from phones, etc. from every citizen in the world (until they were caught) - sometimes government cannot be trusted, and oversight is needed.
  • foreign country intelligent will try to manipulate us
  • big data and IoT bolstered by artificial intelligence AI
    • AI is big bucks item amazon, etc can get into AI, but it is not inconceivable that smaller companies to develop AI engines

PASS Audit - ballot reconciliation

  • What needs to be completed are the updates to the document ,based on the dispositions
  • Diana has gone through the document and before handing over to Mk/Chris and corrected the 'easy updates' it’s only the big updates that still need to be done

  • Comments will still need to be added to the document;
  • No additional items to be completed on ballot reconciliation - dispositions completed, and recorded
