co-chair election: tie break

Jenni talked to Melva yesterday. Melva cannot dial in because it is too early. Melva and Jane are up for co-chairs. Both are write-ins. We are told that Melva would step down. This should be confirmed. Jenni will contact Jane whether she is still willing being a co-chair. After having an answer we may do a re-election.

v2/v3 conference calls

It should be more clear within the announcement that our calls have alternating topics: v2 or V3. Currently we have more v2 proposals to discuss.

CDA requirements

ICWG is the owner of the localization document. It specifies what one can do or not, ie. what is conformant. Jenni will put the CDA topic into the wiki. NIST has created tools to test CDA documents according to the different profiles. These tools are open source. There is another tool called LAIKA that can generate CDA documents. This was created in cooperation with CCHIT to do some testing. CDA conformance is a different topic. We should Jane and Bob to the meeting/call. Rob will also invite folks from NIST. What is currently provided are Implementation Guides. They are provided as word documents. Sometimes Schematron files are provided as well. The term "implementation guide" can be used alternatively to "conformance profile".
