This page contains a link to the latest design documents for the evolving HL7 standard "eMeasure: Representation of quality measures in the Health Quality Measures Format (HQMF)".
It should be noted that the design document referenced here is DRAFT, and subject to significant change before entering in to the formal HL7 ballot process. It may be updated or replaced by a revised DRAFT at any time. Feedback on this DRAFT should be directed to the Structured Documents Working Group.
