Attendees: Norman Gregory (CVM), Catherine Hosage-Norman (Module 3 Solutions, LLC), Art Griesser (Promethues), Mike Mlodzik (Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc.), and James Murphy (Par Pharmaceutical)
- Attached is a in progress version of the validation document (https://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/rcrim/docman/eStability/eStability-validation-document-afg-9-11-2017.doc).
- Section 2 removed reference to the PORT_HD file and focused on the PORT_IN and PORT_MT files. Also, defined what the schematron is.
- Section 3.3 expanded on what a single set of storage conditions consists of.
- We will continue to use the audio on the WebEx.
- The link to the NCI thesaurus stability terminology code list is http://evs.nci.nih.gov/ftp1/FDA/Stability/. The .xls file is an Excel spreadsheet.

- Continue working on updating the validation document.
