Field "identifier" should be conditional or removed
15347 How is a "gateway" identified. Conclusion: in PoCD, it is a transparent entity adding or altering no data. Normally need not be modeled.
If a system is both sharing and exposing data, should there be another "source". Conclusion: defer. Retrospective data not a current use case.
Text field support should be explained. Conclusion: explanation needed in IG.
