Datatypes R2 Issue 84

Introduction

We are starting to introduce a number of types that are just flavors - constraints on predefined datatypes. Some are in other proposals. A few datatypes that are effectively flavors already exist (CE, CV).

This proposal is to create a new section in both the abstract and ITS datatypes for datatype flavors. The flavors will be normative, and available for use in other datatypes, the RIM and RIM derived models. They will be clearly labelled as flavors, and defined accordingly. In addition the section will define some aspects of how datatypes flavors are used.
