Data Types Issue 49: PQR originalText
Introduction
Does PQR originalText refer to the units or the measurement
? backward compatible.
Discussion
Well, it could have been pretty confusing.
But adding originalText to PQ (another proposal) relieved us of the problem. Like CD.translation, there is no grounds for having originalText on PQ.translation, and so I constrained it to notApplicable.
