Data Types Issue 46: PPD QTY.diff issues
Introduction
From Paul:
says the type of standardDeviation is T.diff, which is technically correct. However, the abstract spec says it is QTY. Now the abstract does into some detail that it is really a specialization of QTY that happens to be T.diff. I think stating it as T.diff provides useful information...thus I suggest we make a technical correction to abstract and say there that it is T.diff. This would require a tiny bit of rewording in the prose there
