Data Types Issue 19: Add Bounded PIVL (BPVL)
Introduction
? the exact motivation for this is unknown. The original requester is also not known.
This proposal will be abandoned if we cannot find who was the source.
Discussion
Not sure this is needed as a true datatype. It's more of a datatype flavor of GTS. Basically just a union of a PIVL and an IVL<TS> (LLoyd)
