Agenda for May WGM
The May WGM agenda prepared in San Diego will be submitted to HL7 with the addition of having co-chair elections during the first quarter of the Conformance SIG meeting.

The group discussed the current langauge of the Charter. Lisa plans to write language delineating that the IC TC would be responsible for normative language related to conformance; whereas MnM would be responsible for normative language related to the rules for constraint/localization.
