Motions by email?

The question is how to vote by email because we cannot go through all the line items individually. Joann: prepare draft motions and send out email. E.g. to find typos persuasive. It is duplicate work to copy the motion out of spreadsheet into an email, but it helps to vote on it in the conf calls.

The deadline for RFI for the next ballot cycle is June 25th. The content is due one week later. This is nothing we can achieve yet.

Discussion on item #10 (line 41): "If a model element is required, then it may or may not appear in messages from a sending application." => "Although a model element is required, then it need not appear in message instances from a sending application unless it is mandatory."

The discussion about what "mandatory" means came up again. We need definition and example, also some for "required". => defer it to the list server.

Joann: We do have outstanding issues from August 2004 (16 items) January 2005 (~7 items) ballot for v2.6! ? This is an editorial issue to edit it in. Joann will send details to co-chairs and John checks the sheet against the ballot document. (ballot open tomorrow)
