Ballot Reconciliation
Reviewed and refined comment 45 concerning the absence of first class object Map Set. The comment was found to be persuasive and the following were proposed: "Propose to update the model and the text to represent Map Set as a first class object with the understanding that this will not change the functionality and it is not a substantive change (already present in the PIM). This however will impact several areas in the normative text and needs to be carefully exmined.". Russ will take a stab at the modelling based on the EA files that Ana will provide. This will be further discussed in the group.
