How to generate CTS2 output for oXygen
The directory http://informatics.mayo.edu/svn/trunk/cts2/supp/HTMLLayout/oxygen/ contains six files:
- CTS2_Information_Model.xsd - a schema that pulls in all of the CTS2 information model schemas
- IMConfig.xml - an oXygen html generation configuration file for the information model
- getIM.sh - a script that generates the html rendering of the model
- CTS2_Computational_Model.xsd - " computational model schemas
- CMConfig.xml - "
- genCM.sh - "
The location of the root output directories is in the ?MConfig.xml variable "unexpandedOutputFile"
