Issue
- Add conditions, preconditions, etc. are evaluated during treatment, sbadm, and other healthcare services. Need to know at what point during an act in criterion mood, when during the act to evaluate the condition. This is a necessary attribute to use more than one condition/preconditioin
Recommendation
- Add conditions.checkpointCode

- Used for lab preconditions (should be for all condition checking)

Resolution
5-Feb-09 - Needs to be on conditions, not on precondition between observationRange and Criterion, but need it on recursive precondition on Criterion. Also need to add to SourceOf and TargetOf. Based on Medication model's needs to have conditions based on procedure, substance administration, and observations.
