Recommendation
- Add receiver Participation associated from Supply Act to R_AssignedEntity CMET
- Add consultant Participation associated from choice to R_AssignedEntity CMET
- Add referrer Participatoin associated from Encounter Act to R_AssignedEntity CMET
- Add directTarget participation associated from Substance Admin Act to R_OrderableMed
- Get all attribute documentation and attribution from CompositeOrder model

- Consultant(s) used frequently re:specialists
- Referred used in many outpatient scenario
- directTarget used in Pharmacy for non-consumable medications
