Issue

There appears to be an error on ObservationRange.value and Criterion.value. They both have type "ANY CWE", which is illegal as far as I know. (I think this is a tooling problem. Deleting and re-adding the attribute fixes it).

Recommendation

• Change both to plain "ANY"

Resolution

Agree that this is a tooling problem that needs to be referred to the tooling committee. Rik to look at fix, Charlie to follow up on tooling.
